Mala has the pleasure to present B BLOSSOMS, the first solo exhibition by Sara Graça in Lisbon.
The exhibition includes a visual text by Filipa Cordeiro.
Sara Graça (1993, Lisboa) is a visual artist the works in solo and collaborative practices. She holds a BFA from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Porto, and has attended the Fine Arts MFA at Goldsmiths College in London. Her interdisciplinary practice has been presented in art spaces such as Sismógrafo, Spirit Shop, Galeria Solar, Arco Madrid, Madragoa, Quadrado Azul and Culturgest. In the music scene she collaborates with Maria Reis (scenography at Teatro do Bairro Alto and Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian), Gala Drop (GNRation residency), Jejuno (Teatro do Bairro Alto), Luar Domatrix and Pega Monstro. Sara Graça is part of the visual-musical performance group Toda Matéria (with Joana da Conceição and Maria Reis), with an upcoming presentation at CCB, premiering March 3rd. Currently she lives and works in Lisbon where she pursues a fluid practice in self-organized contexts.
